 In a classic Bay Street condominium building, this one-bedroom suite attracted half a dozen offers, mainly from younger people looking to live close to the amenities and attractions of Yorkville, agent Paul Johnston says.
"It's great to see a 20-year-old building that still [generates] such excitement. I had over 80 showings of the home before we accepted offers," Mr. Johnston notes. "That's exceptionally strong interest."
