AUCO is a QS9000 certified injection mold manufacturer and plastic injection molder. We have served the plastic industry by providing manufacturing solutions since 1987.
AUCO is dedicated to quality, precision and durability of workmanship. We design and manufacture in-house, to ensure control and consistency in all phases of the mold-build, and that projects are planned properly so deliveries are guaranteed and on schedule. We also provide our clients with weekly tooling progress reports.

 Mold Design
AUCO will design a computerized solid model of your product, taking all your manufacturing and marketing requirements into consideration. We will work with you to find solutions to your manufacturing needs.
We accept a wide range of file formats such as Unigraphics, IGES, DXF, DWG and CADL -- or work from a sample or model.
We believe that a good product is a direct result of good design. Therefore, we concentrate on all design details to make sure they meet your concerns before proceeding.
Mold Manufacturing
AUCO is committed to a fully integrated, and computerized mold manufacturing system.
Using only the latest CAM software, we accurately design and program cutter-paths to match any complex, three-dimensional surface. This gives us the ability to manufacture molds for a wide range of products. We then use new CNC milling machines to cut cores, cavities, and mold bases to ensure precision and tight tolerances.

CNC Machining
AUCO's specialty is the manufacturing of thermoplastic injection molds. We build both production and prototype molds using materials including: P20 steel; H13 steel; stainless steel; and aluminum. We specialize in building molds featuring 3D contours, slides, lifters, hot-runner systems, and hydraulic cores.
Finished Mold
At AUCO we design and manufacture in-house to ensure control and consistency in all phases of the mold-build.
All finished molds undergo thorough testing, debugging and optimization to ensure that the molds will produce quality products within dimensional specifications.
In-house mold testing also allows us to continuously improve our knowledge and understanding of injection molding, resins, and assembly. This, in turn, allows us to continuously improve our manufacturing systems and procedures.
