The first thing you need to determine is how many coasters you need. Whether your order is small or large, Canada Coaster can help you with your customized coaster needs.
Size & Shape:
Once you have determined how many coasters you require, you'll need to choose a size and shape. The 4 inch circle or square with rounded corners is your standard size and shape. Other common sizes and shapes are 3.5 inch circles and squares. Custom shapes are available. For example, we do ovals, punch-outs, perforated coasters, and more.
Thickness:
The standard thickness is 40 point which is about 1 millimeter thick and our premium coaster board is a 60 point which is 1.4 mm.
Paper:
European pulp board is the standard for coasters because of it's firmness and density. Rather than becoming soggy and falling apart or warping and bending, European pulp board coasters remain light, firm and absorbent for multiple uses.
