ISO was established in 1946 in Geneva with over 146 member nations whose aim was to develop internationally recognized quality management standards. The first version of the quality management standards was published in 1987. In August 1996, Patrick Plastics Inc. achieved ISO9001:1994 certification as a result of total commitment to teamwork by all its employees.
As a result of the high expectation of its management team to its commitment to excellence, Patrick Plastics achieved certification to the most recent version of ISO 9001:2000 in 2001.
