Sehgal Management Consulting specializes in a wide array of consulting services, with a core focus in Operations Management, Strategy Development and Project Management. Sehgal Management Consulting is headed by Industrial Engineer, Sahitya Sehgal who has experience with several organizations and worked on projects from a wide area of expertise. Sahitya has worked with organizations to help maximize efficiency, reduce costs, increase profits and increase customer satisfaction.
Sahitya specializes in operations management, supply chain management, statistical analysis, project management, process management, organizational design, business strategy and systems design. He has extensive industry knowledge and has worked for organizations such as Ace Bakery, Canadian Tire Corporation Ltd, Rogers Communications Inc and most recently has led in a management capacity at Wal-Mart Canada Corporation. He has expertise in different sectors from retail, transportation, telecommunications, and manufacturing, and has utilized his skills to provide high quality solutions to these organizations.
Sahitya holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems Engineering from the University of Toronto, a Master of Engineering from Ryerson University, a Professional Engineer license (P.Eng.), a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, and is a licensed Realtor with a specialty in real estate investment analysis. To complement his engineering and technology background he is currently working towards his MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
