Raeallan is an ideation consultancy specializing in individual and group dynamics. We seek to develop leaders with focus and an ability to work effectively in a team environment. Our seminars, workshops, and retreats are based on original courses developed by R. Bobby Umar.
We train through motivational exercises, spontaneous brainstorming, interactive games, and educational testimonies. These activities are complemented by a comfortable, spirited environment. Raeallan offers a series of courses specializing in teamwork, communication skills, improvisation techniques, and leadership. Whether the participants are students or corporate executives, Raeallan’s process draws on the entrepreneurial ability of each individual. Raeallan builds teams that are more effective by creating fluidity within and between individuals. Raeallan’s primary method involves the removal of those inhibitions often too prevalent in new environments, bureaucratic and mechanistic workplaces, and in everyday social interaction.
