Scarborough City Cab has been a part of the community for more then fifteen years and over this time, we have come to understand the unique needs of all our customers.
Having experience as a 200-driver-strong taxicab company, Scarborough City Cab has had the privilege of being an integral part of the community.
We are now focused on serving the needs of our senior and disabled community members. Our core business is providing accessible mobility transportation services.
On average, we successfully serve between 6,000 and 7,000 clients per month.
In addition to our proven experience, Scarborough City Cab is comprised of a team of compassionate and trained Operators who understand our client's special needs:

Dedicated Team
The Scarborough City Cab team is comprised of customer-oriented individuals who have experience serving hospitals, community centers, schools, and nursing homes. Our experienced team members are fully aware of what it takes to go above and beyond the client's expectations.
The vehicle operators are licensed and trained by the City of Toronto, the Metro Licensing Commission as well as Toronto Transit Commission's Wheel-Trans Operations Division. Drivers also participate in CPR certification and Sensitivity Training.

Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles
Our fleet of accessible vehicles is capable of comfortably transporting individuals who use wheelchairs or other mobility aids such as scooters or walkers.
Reliable Transportation for Rehabilitation and Recurring Therapy Appointments
Our drivers are trained and experienced in assisting persons with special needs. We can transport individuals comfortably to and from rehabilitation and medical facilities keeping their unique needs in mind. Services can be pre-arranged for regular appointments.
Insurance Benefits
For individuals who have gotten into an accident and require permanent or temporary medical services and have a difficult time getting around, we can work with your Insurance adjuster to meet your transportation needs.
VIP and Chartered Services
The vehicles in our fleet may be pre-booked for excursions such as school trips or seniors group days. We can arrange transportation for groups of four wheelchair riders in a single vehicle. Special packages are available.
Sedan Services
We can easily and quickly accommodate same day, priority service.
